Migrate CSV Results Import to a Wizard
The previous iteration of CSV Results import utilized a monolithic review page, and while functionally accurate was burdensome to use. It has been transitioned to a 5-stage wizard with improved support for seasonal fees and mapping to existing records.

Event-Scoped Access Codes
Replaces the requirement for event-staff to have validated email addresses and accounts for a single event. Event/Organization administrators can create a 'worker' for an event that generate an access code that automatically expires at the end of the event.
