A few lines about your sanctioning body or club: how many events you run a season, how registration works today, what hurts most. We reply within a day or two.

Walkthrough & data review
A 30-minute screenshare of the admin in action against a sample season. We talk through how your scoring formula maps onto the Formula Builder, what your fees look like, and what we'd need from you to spin up a sandbox.

Onboarding & first event
We load your member roster, vehicle inventory, and class structure into a private organization on the platform. You run your first event with us alongside — typically a single-day or a small early-season pull — and decide from there.

- When can our organization actually start using this?
- We're running early-access pilots through the 2026 season with a small number of partner organizations. If your timeline lines up, get in touch — we're prioritizing partners whose feedback shapes the platform.
- Do you need a sample of our scoring rules before the demo?
- No — you can come empty-handed. We'll walk through the Formula Builder against your rulebook live and figure out how to express it together. If you do want to send something ahead of time, the more concrete the better (a real season's point-of-contention examples).
- What happens to our existing data?
- For most orgs, season history lives in spreadsheets, paper, or a legacy system. We can import historical results and member rosters from CSV during onboarding. Past seasons stay attached to whichever formula version was in effect at the time, so historical standings stay accurate.
- Is this open source?
- Not currently. The platform is closed-source but built on open standards (Laravel, REST, standard auth) and the API is fully documented so you're never locked in.
